We recommend tenderizing your Yak steaks before cooking. Season to your taste & cook to an internal temperature of 125°F to 135°F (rare to medium rare), remove from heat, let rest for a few minutes & enjoy! With very little fat in our meat, it will cook quickly! Do not overcook.
